| How can I pre-order an item? |

At this time, we are unable to process pre-orders through our website. If you wish to pre-order an item, please contact us at 1.813.251.1706, or you may email your telephone number to us at customerservice@zoeybloom.net and you will be contacted by a Zoey Bloom representative. A deposit in the amount of 50% of the purchase price is required for each pre-ordered item. Once a pre-order has been placed, it is considered to be finalized and non-cancelable or returnable; a deposit will be returned only in the event the pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, or in the event the item is defective in accordance with our return policy. |
