How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link on the top right-hand side of our site.
2) Enter your e-mail address.
3) Select "I am a new customer."

Simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.  Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.  Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link on the top right-hand side of our site, to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 

We process all online orders with shipping and billing addresses within the United States directly through our Web site's shopping cart. 

All orders are usually shipped the same business day and no later the business day following receipt of your order unless we require additional information for security reasons. 

At times, we will offer a code for Free Standard Shipping for regular priced merchandise purchased online - a minimum purchase may be required for the code to be available (see header on our Home page for details).  When the Free Standard Shipping option is not available or otherwise applicable, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Two Business Days.  Standard shipping is usually shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS) at our discretion.  Two Business Days shipping is generally shipped via USPS Express Mail.  We reserve the right to change shippers at our discretion.  For each domestic address, the following shipping charges apply to both sale merchandise and regular priced merchandise (prices reflect U.S. currency):

Generally, shipping costs are calculated from your order total.  Occasionally, because of weight or special packing requirements, an item may have a shipping up-charge included in your shipping total.

In an effort to make a transaction more earth friendly by reducing packing material and fuel taxes, we reserve the right to combine orders when the orders are received on the same day and 2 or more of the following are identical: (1) the name; (2) the address; (3) the customer number; and (4) the contact information.  In such event, adjustment to shipping charges may not be possible due to increased package weight.        

International Orders:  We offer international shipping exclusively through MyUS.com, an independent freight forwarder.  MyUS.com operates with Zoey Bloom, but remains a separate entity, independent of Zoey Bloom Inc. and may require your agreement to their terms, conditions, and fees prior to use.   


MyUS.com offers international shipping to more than 225 countries.  

When you sign up with MyUS.com,
you will receive your own U.S. street address to receive merchandise - this is where we will send your Zoey Bloom order.  MyUS.com then makes sure your order is correct and legal to ship to your country before forwarding from your new U.S. address to your international address.

If you wish make a purchase from Zoey Bloom using a credit card with an international billing address or issued by a non-U.S. financial institutions, use MyUS.com's Personal Shopper service.  MyUS.com accepts cards with international billing addresses as well as those issued by non-U.S. financial institutions.  (Zoey Bloom does not accept credit cards with international billing addresses or issued by non-U.S. financial institutions.)

Follow these two steps for international delivery:

1. Get your own U.S. address in America at www.MyUS.com.

2. Use your new U.S. address, provided by MyUS.com, when placing your order with us.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link on the top right-hand side of our site.  Under the login box you will see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here."  You will be sent an e-mail with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

Merchandise may be returned to the Zoey Bloom store in Tampa, Florida or shipped back to us at the following address:

Please note that if you choose to ship the merchandise back to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.  We recommend that you insure the package and ship using a traceable method.  No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

 
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and must be in its original, unused condition, as when received (with all merchandise tags attached), unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.  The
reason(s) for the return should be noted on the packing slip (enclosed with your order). 
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of unused or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price, in accordance with the return policy stated herein.

Zoey Bloom will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original payment (including sales tax; excluding shipping and handling charges), provided:
  1. The merchandise is returned (postmarked) within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt; and

  2. The merchandise is in its original, unused condition (unless there is a manufacturer’s defect); and
  3. The merchandise is accompanied by either the Zoey Bloom receipt (original or a copy), or the Zoey Bloom packing slip, enclosed with the order.

When an item is returned that was purchased with a discount that stipulated a minimum purchase, the entire discount amount of the original order will be deducted from your refund, if your total purchase no longer meets the minimum required purchase without the returned item.   

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Special Occasion merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.  Please see each individual item page for the designation of an item as Special Occasion merchandise.  In addition, sales are final on all sale merchandise.

When will my order ship?
 

Shipment of orders is based on the availability of each item.  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.  In the event an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you of when it will next be available.

Orders of in-stock items placed by 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped by 5 p.m. Eastern Time the next business day.  Back ordered items will be shipped on the next business day, following receipt of the item by Zoey Bloom.  A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Generally, orders shipped via Standard Shipping should be delivered within 6 to 9 business days, after leaving Zoey Bloom.  Orders shipped via Two Business Day shipping should be delivered the second business day after leaving Zoey Bloom (e.g., order placed by 5 p.m. Monday, shipped on Tuesday, and delivered by Thursday).  Orders shipped Next Business Day should be delivered the next business day after leaving Zoey Bloom (e.g., order placed by 5 p.m. Monday, shipped on Tuesday, and delivered by Wednesday).  Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation.

You will be e-mailed a shipment confirmation, when your order has been shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  You may click the "My Account / Order Status" on the top right-hand side of our site, to track the status of your order.
